We typically deliver to the mainland Great Britain only. Orders for the Scottish Highlands may take longer.
Please e-mail us if you require delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands. We can often deliver to these locations, but it just needs a bit of planning and discussion first.
Standard UK Delivery
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. £4.95 or FREE when you spend £100 (except heavy items).
Delivered in approx. 2-3 business days.
Orders received before 13:00 GMT normally dispatched same day*.
Large Item Delivery
One-piece paddles, inflatable SUPs and large orders: £19.95 per order
Kayaks: £49.95 per order
Sent via our own vans, or using XPERT Delivery. Typically arrive in 7-10 days, sometimes 2-3 weeks for remote areas.
*Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are normally dispatched the next business day, but cannot be guaranteed during particularly busy periods. Adverse weather conditions may cause unforeseen delays. Tracking may not be available on selected orders.
Click & Collect
You will receive an email indicating your order is packed and ready for collection. You can collect your order from your chosen store during our normal opening hours. Our store addresses are:

- Cullercoats: 1A Norma Crescent, Whitley Bay, NE26 2PD
You will be required to provide a valid form of identification to collect your items. Orders not collected within 10 working days of purchase may be refunded and returned to stock.
Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (inc. original packaging). To return an item:
- Please enclose the packing slip you received with your order. This contains your order ID, which we need to process your return. If you do not have a packing slip, please write your order ID on a piece of paper and enclose that.
- Returns can be sent via a courier of your choice.*
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return.
Once your return has been delivered by the courier to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed before contacting us. Once we have processed your return it may take up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued by your payment provider.
*We recommend using a trackable service and an appropriate level of insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not offer an exchange option at this time for our online customers. If you require a different size or product, please place a new order on our website and return your existing item.
If you wish to return unwanted items in person, you can return them to either of our stores during our normal opening hours.
